What You Can Do in Your Customer Portal
Your portal gives you quick access to everything you need to manage your account, including:
- Add SuperPods
- Pay, View and download your bills
- Update bank or Direct Debit details
- Move your services to a new address
- Manage your referral code
- Upgrade your broadband plan
- Add additional products or services

Trouble Logging In?
If you can’t remember your password, it’s easy to reset it.
Simply click “Forgot your password?” and follow the steps to create a new one.
First Time Registering?
A few days after signing up with Rebel, you’ll receive an email with a registration link to set up your Customer Portal for the first time.
Can’t find the email? No problem.
Just click the link below to register manually, then enter:
- Your email address
- Your postcode
- Your Rebel account number
Once submitted, your portal will be created and you’ll be ready to go.
