You need to return a Superpod or a Rebel Router? With Rebel Internet, all your equipment returns are done for free.
We always ship a prepaid return packaging to your address so you can return your equipment safely, and for free, to our warehouse. These are shipped automatically if you have removed a Superpod from your package (via your Rebel Internet Customer Portal) or if you have decided to cancel your broadband. And you can always get in touch by email or by phone if you need a return packaging.
Keep an eye on your emails! All our return packagings are shipped by Royal Mail with tracking so you can follow your parcel and make sure you don't miss it.
