How do I return my equipment?

Need to return a SuperPod or a Rebel Router? With Rebel Internet, all equipment returns are completely free.

We’ll automatically send you prepaid return packaging to your address so you can return your equipment safely at no cost. This packaging is sent when:

  • You remove a SuperPod from your package through your Rebel Internet Customer Portal, or
  • You cancel your broadband service
If you need to update when and where the equipment return kit is sent, simply select the Edit button during the cancel journey.
 

Keep an eye on your email inbox—your return packaging will be shipped via Royal Mail with tracking, so you can follow its progress and make sure you don’t miss delivery.
