With your HomePass app, you can enable an Adblocker that will hide your information from advertisers trying to track your online history. To activate, please follow the steps below.
Please note, as powerful as it can be, the technology behind Adblocking can disturb your browsing experience. You may encounter a website not loading or loading with incomplete features. If you find that websites are blocked that you enjoy visiting, simply disable Adblocking in HomePass and restart your Rebel Router for the change to take effect. Some websites will not allow you to access their content if you are using as adblocker.
- On your HomePass homepage, scroll down to the section titled “Guard” and press the gear button on the right.
- Click on “Adblocking” and enable it.
That’s it! Your home network is now protected from intrusive adverts.
