How do I connect a 2.4ghz Only device?

To connect your 2.4ghz devices, simply follow the steps below

Some devices can only connect using a 2.4Ghz Wi-Fi Radio. To do this, you will need to use our Plume Home app.

  • First, ensure that your Mobile device is connected to your Rebel Wi-Fi network 
  • Open the Plume Home app 
  • On the home screen, press the Wi-Fi Symbol


  • Select "Devices" in the top right:

 
  • Select your Mobile device that is running the app your are using to add your IoT device:

 
  • Once in your Device, select "IoT onboarding mode"

 

 


  • Select Enable 2.4GHz radio. Your phone will now be placed on the 2.4GHz radio to match the radio of your IoT device and will connect.
