How do I connect a 2.4ghz Only device?

Some devices can only connect using a 2.4Ghz Wi-Fi Radio. To do this, you will need to use our HomePass app.

To connect your 2.4ghz devices, simply follow the directions listed below:

  • First, ensure that your Mobile device is connected to your Rebel Wi-Fi network 
  • Open the HomePass by Plume app 
  • On the home screen, scroll down to Adapt, then click View All under most active devices 

 

 


  • Scroll down to find your mobile Device listed, then click it (see below)

 

 


  • At the bottom of the screen, you will see IoT Onboarding Mode, tap to continue (see below)

     

     

  • A screen will pop to explain the feature, click Enable (see below)

     

     

  • Your phone will now be reconnected to your Rebel Wi-Fi network. It will disconnect from the network, then reconnect.
