What do I do if I see Wi-Fi "HTWi-Fi_OpenSync", but not Rebel Wi-Fi?
When completing your initial installation, you may see your Wi-Fi networks shows up with an unexpected name...
If the correct Wi‑Fi name isn’t showing right away, a quick restart usually does the trick.
Simply turn your router off, wait 30 seconds, and power it back on.
Once the router comes back online, Rebel’s systems will reconnect to it and automatically update the Wi‑Fi name to Rebel_WiFi or to whatever custom name you’ve set in the Plume Home app.
After the restart, give it a minute or two, then check your available Wi‑Fi networks again — the updated name should now appear.
