I missed a payment, how can I pay it?
Read below if you received an email from us about a missed payment.
Missed a payment? Don’t worry — we won’t switch off your services right away.
At Rebel Internet, we know that life happens. Sometimes a payment can be missed, and that shouldn’t mean an immediate loss of service. If you’ve received an email saying your payment failed:
- Our system will automatically try your payment again in 7 days
- Just ensure the required funds are in your account when the retry takes place
If you’d prefer to clear the balance sooner, simply log into your Customer Portal and select Pay Now next to the invoice you want to settle.
