With the new One Touch Switch process, landline and broadband customers only need to contact their new provider to make the change. Simply place your order with us and select your current provider during the set up and we will notify your old provider that you are leaving and ensure that your switch to Rebel happens at the exact same time your old provider is turned off. This ensures that you will not have a minute of down time. Simply sign-up for Rebel on the date you would like, and we will handle the rest.
If you use one of the Alternative Networks (G. Network, Community Fibre, etc.), we recommend a week overlap between services.
