Not anymore! If you have service from an Openreach provider we can handle the switch 100% for you.
If you have an Openreach provider, such as BT, Sky, TalkTalk, Vodafone, Zen, Shell or any other Openreach service provider, we will notify your old provider that you are leaving and ensure that your switch to Rebel happens at the exact same time your old provider is turned off. This ensures that you will not have a minute of down time. Simply sign-up for Rebel on the date you would like, and we will handle the rest.
If you have Virgin, we are not (yet) able to handle your cancellation for you, but by 2024, we will be able to cancel Virgin as well on your behalf. Today, if you have Virgin, we recommend a week overlap between your Rebel activation date and your Virgin cancellation date.
If you use one of the Alternative Networks (G. Network, Community Fibre, etc.), we also recommend a week overlap between services.
