Is It Hard to Switch Broadband Providers?

Switching to Rebel is designed to be simple and stress‑free. Thanks to the One Touch Switch process, most broadband and landline customers only need to contact their new provider — not the old one.

When you place your order with Rebel, just select your current provider during setup. We’ll notify them that you're leaving and ensure your switch happens at the exact moment your old service turns off.
This means no downtime and no awkward gap without internet.

Simply choose the date you'd like your Rebel service to start, sign up, and we’ll take care of everything from there.


If You're With an Alternative Network (e.g., G.Network, Community Fibre)

Alternative networks operate outside the One Touch Switch process.
Because of this, we recommend keeping both services active for about one week to ensure a smooth, uninterrupted transition.
