Follow these simple steps if you experience any issue with your Rebel Home Phone.
First, make sure that your Home Phone is properly connected to your Rebel R1 Router. It should be using the TEL 1 port located at the back of your router. If that is not the case, plug your phone cable into the TEL 1 port.
Next, if you encounter any issue while passing or receiving calls, restart your Rebel R1 Router:
- Power off your Rebel R1 Router
- Wait 30 seconds
- Power your Rebel R1 Router on
