What do I do if my Rebel Home Phone is not working?

Follow these simple steps if you experience any issue with your Rebel Home Phone.

Step 1: Check the Connection
Make sure your Home Phone is properly connected to your Rebel R1 Router. It should be plugged into the TEL 1 port located on the back of your router.
If it’s not, unplug the cable and connect it to the TEL 1 port.


Step 2: Restart Your Rebel R1 Router
If you experience issues making or receiving calls, restart your router:

  1. Power off your Rebel R1 Router
  2. Wait 30 seconds
  3. Power your Rebel R1 Router back on
 
 
Tip: After restarting, wait a few minutes for the router to fully reconnect before testing your phone.
