      What to do if you experience DNS issues?

      DNS issues can happen on rare occasions, preventing you from accessing your favourite websites. If your web browser cannot load a website and mentions a DNS error, simply restart your Rebel Router with the following steps

      1. Power off your Rebel R1 Router 
      2. Wait 30 seconds 
      3. Power your Rebel R1 Router on 

      Your Broadband and Wi-Fi is back online and the DNS error you previously experienced should be cleared. Happy browsing!
