My Wi-Fi is slow, how do I improve it?

If you're experiencing issues with your Rebel Wi-Fi, not to worry. This article will provide helpful tips to get back up and running in no time.

Please note, if you purchased Rebel Wi-Fi Only and not a Broadband service from Rebel, we can only help with your internal Wi-Fi network, but are unable to improve the Broadband speeds coming into your home.

Rebel Wi-Fi ensures the download and upload speeds you get to the main Router are the same to every room and device in your home.

If you are experiencing slower speeds in your home, here are troubleshooting tips:

  1. Check the SuperPod placement: The first thing to check is the placement of your SuperPods. Make sure they're placed in areas that are centrally located and away from obstructions such as metal objects, mirrors and appliances. This will ensure that the SuperPods are able to provide maximum coverage and avoid interference.
  2. Restart the SuperPods: Sometimes, a simple restart can resolve a number of issues. To do this, simply unplug the SuperPods and wait for a few seconds before plugging them back in.
  3. Check for interference: If you're experiencing slow speeds or intermittent connectivity, it could be due to interference from other electronic devices. Move the SuperPods away from large electronic devices, such as your kitchen.
  4. Contact Rebel Support: If you're still experiencing issues, you can reach out to Rebel Support. We have a dedicated customer support team that can help you troubleshoot and resolve any issues.

If you follow these tips, you should be able to resolve most issues and get back to enjoying fast, stable Rebel Wi-Fi. Don't hesitate to reach out to Rebel Support for further assistance.
