Can I Transfer My Service to Another Person?

Yes! Moving your Rebel service to someone else is quick and painless - your connection keeps running the whole time, and there's nothing to unplug, box up or send back.

How does a service transfer work?

If you'd like someone else to take over your Rebel service, just let our support team know by email or text our support team 

We'll send you a unique link to pass on to the new customer. That link is how you introduce them to us - once they've completed it, the transfer is done.

A few things worth knowing:

  • You have 7 days to use the link, so open it with the new customer within the week.
  • Nothing to return. Your equipment stays exactly where it is.
  • No interruption. Your service runs without a break from start to finish.
