How does a service transfer work?

If you’d like someone else to take over your Rebel service, the process is quick and easy.

Simply email or text our support team with the following details:

  • Full name of the person taking over the service

  • Their email address

  • Your confirmation that you’re happy for the service to be transferred


What happens next?

Once we receive your email:

  • We’ll contact the new account holder to confirm they’re happy to take over the service

  • We’ll collect their billing details securely

  • We’ll agree on a handover date that works for everyone

After that—all done!
