Can I bring my Home Phone number with me?
Absolutely! Your Home Phone number is important, and Rebel understands that. We’ll make sure your number transfers from your current provider. Simply provide the number you want to keep when you place your order, and we’ll take care of the rest.
Do I need a new handset?
No, you can keep your existing home phone handset. Just plug it into the Telephone port on the back of your Rebel R1 Router once your broadband is active.
How much does Rebel Home Phone cost?
Our Home Phone service is only £10 per month. This includes unlimited calls to UK landlines and mobiles, plus most UK special numbers (except 0900). International calls are not available at this time.
How do I set up Rebel Home Phone?
It’s simple:
- Set up your Rebel Broadband service on your start date.
- Plug your existing handset into the Telephone port on your Rebel R1 Router.
That’s it—your phone will automatically connect.
Can I add Home Phone after my broadband order?
Yes! If you didn’t add Home Phone when ordering broadband, you can easily add it later through your Customer Portal.
What calls are included?
Unlimited calls to UK landlines and mobiles are included. Calls to 0900 numbers and international destinations are not supported at this time.
