How do I change my Direct Debit date?

You can change your Direct Debit date in your Rebel Customer Portal.

Step‑by‑Step Instructions

  1. Log in to your Rebel Customer Portal  
  2. In the block titled “Billing & Payments.”
  3. A pop‑up window will appear. Select “Change Billing Details.”
  4. Choose the day of the month you’d like your Direct Debit to be taken.
  5. Click “Change Date” to confirm your selection.

That’s it!

Your new Direct Debit date is now saved in our system and will automatically apply to all future bills.
