How do I change my Direct Debit date?

You can now change your Direct Debit date at convenience on our new Rebel Customer Portal.

To change your Direct Debit date: 

  • Log in to your Rebel Customer Portal  
  • On the block titled “Your Account”, click on the button “Billing & Payments”  
  • A pop-up window will appear. Click on “Change Billing Date” 
  • You can now select which day of the month you would like your Direct Debit to proceed. Click on “Change Date” to confirm. 
  • That’s it! Your new Direct Debit date is saved in our system and will apply to your future bills.
