How do I change my Direct Debit date?
You can change your Direct Debit date in your Rebel Customer Portal.
Step‑by‑Step Instructions
- Log in to your Rebel Customer Portal
- In the block titled “Billing & Payments.”
- A pop‑up window will appear. Select “Change Billing Details.”
- Choose the day of the month you’d like your Direct Debit to be taken.
- Click “Change Date” to confirm your selection.
That’s it!
Your new Direct Debit date is now saved in our system and will automatically apply to all future bills.
