How does the Cooling-Off Period work?
We know the cooling-off period can sometimes feel confusing, so we want to clearly explain how it works and what it means for your Rebel order.
When does the cooling-off period start?
Under UK consumer regulations, the 14-day cooling-off period begins from the date you place your order, not from the date your service goes live.
This approach is standard across UK service providers and is reflected in consumer guidance, including information provided by Citizens Advice.
Why does the cooling-off period apply this way?
As soon as an order is placed, work begins behind the scenes to prepare your connection. This includes starting the line activation process with our network partners.
As a small business, we incur significant upfront costs once this process starts. Because of this, we’re unfortunately unable to waive or reverse these charges after the 14 day mark has passed.
Our commitment to you
What’s most important to us is that your service works exactly as you need it to.
If you’re experiencing issues or feel your service isn’t meeting expectations, please know that we are fully committed to supporting you. Our team will continue working with you to resolve any problems and make sure your connection delivers the experience you expect and deserve.
