What is Motion Sense?

Rebel's Sense is a powerful feature in the Plume App that allows you to monitor and control the devices on your home network, both physical and digital.

Download the Plume Home app, then log in using the email address you registered with Rebel. Create a password when prompted to start managing your home Wi-Fi.

Important: When signing in to Plume Home for the first time, do not select “Set Up.” Rebel has already completed the setup for you.

How to turn on Sense

From the Plume Home app home screen, toggle Sense to On.

What Sense can do

Sense provides smart home monitoring insights, including:

Movement notifications
Receive alerts when movement is detected in your home, including where the movement occurred. You can also exclude pets such as dogs or cats from triggering alerts.

Device monitoring
View how much data each device is using, which apps or websites it’s accessing, and how long it’s online.

Device restrictions
Set rules for individual devices on your network. This includes screen-time limits for children, blocking specific websites or apps, and prioritising important devices like smart TVs or gaming consoles for better performance.

Advanced security
Get alerts if an unknown device attempts to access your network. Sense also helps protect your Wi-Fi by automatically updating security settings and guarding against known vulnerabilities.
