When will my router arrive? 

We send everything you need — your router and cables — straight to you, so you’re ready to go.

Here’s how it works:

  • Your kit leaves our warehouse 7 days before your activation date via Royal Mail

  • Example: Activation on 25 November? We ship on 18 November

  • Delivery usually lands within 1–2 working days
