When will I get my gift card?
Your gift card is delivered six months after your service goes live.
This means the countdown starts from the date your Rebel service is fully active—not the day you placed your order.
How much will my gift card be worth?
The value of your gift card depends on the contract you selected at sign-up. Different plans and offers may include different reward amounts.
If you’re unsure which reward applies to your account, you can easily check your details online or contact our support team.
How will I receive my gift card?
Your gift card will be sent to you via email once the six-month period has been completed.
You don’t need to do anything—just make sure the email address on your account is correct and up to date.
