When will I get my free month?

Once your friend has been connected for 90 days, we will automatically apply a full month's credit to your next bill. 

Does my free month include any extras in my package?

Yes, your free month applies to your total monthly bill including SuperPods, Home Phone and Static IP, up to the value of £80. 

 

Can I refer more than one friend?

You can refer as many friends as you like! For every friend you refer, you will get an additional month's credit after they have been live for 90 days. 

What happens if I leave Rebel?

If you choose to switch broadband provider before your free month applies, your bill credit will be cancelled. Your friend will still receive their free month even after you have left. 

 

What happens if my friend leaves Rebel?

If your friend cancels their order before they are live or within the first 90 days, your free month will be cancelled and you will be notified by email. If they cancel after your free month, there is no penalty.
